The ticket is a long one. It can take hours to get a response back and when it does they take it to the front of the queue. it’s not too often that support tickets come in the form of “hey, we have some problems with the server.” So it’s good to see that the team is taking this a lot more seriously.

I can understand the frustration, but Im impressed that they are taking this seriously. I know it would be a lot easier to do business and develop a relationship with a support email address if they could just send me a response straight away. It’s great to see that they are taking this seriously.
