The biggest thing that I find with Kanban is that it makes me think. I do this with anything and everything that comes up, but Kanban makes me stop and think.

You’ll start by listing each task on a card, and then you’ll move on to the next step and so on.

We all have our own set of agendas, and if your agenda doesn’t align with your Kanban, you might just miss a step on your way to completing your task.
