The human body is made of two amazing parts. The top part is called the brain, which controls our thoughts and actions. The bottom is our stomach, which produces hormones and helps us digest food.

The brain is the only part of the human body that is constantly changing. This means that even if you can shut down the brain you still lose the majority of your body’s functions. So when you’re playing a game, or doing a job, you are constantly being fed new information. You can’t change the brain’s structure, but you can change the way the brain is working.

l aira is similar to a meditation or mindfulness practice. You can either “meditate” for a period of time, or, like in l aira, you can meditate on your own. Both of these are forms of self-awareness, and they allow us to change how we think and feel.
