Our goal is to hire a person with a full day of experience in tech. This is a hard one. There are 2 million positions in tech, and only 50 people with experience in tech. One of the reasons we’re hiring is because of our desire to hire people who have no experience. We want to make sure that we have the best people who are qualified to work at the company.
