17 Reasons Why You Should Ignore boho fabric prints

The boho fabric prints on the last page of this post are from my new quilt. Just because it’s summertime doesn’t mean the house is cold, so I’m taking this opportunity to make the most of the heat. It was a lot of hard work to pull this quilt out of storage and then start the sewing, but it was worth every minute of it.

boho fabric prints are typically made in the same way as prints that have been made over and over again. The same fabric, same design, same techniques, but instead of starting over and over again, they are made with the same yarn. When the same fabric is used it can be very difficult to find a different yarn that will be the same color and also the same yardage.

This is not the first time that the heat has been kind enough to lend a hand in this endeavor. In the past, we have all but given up on the idea of being able to find a different color yarn in the same yardage. When we were first designing this quilt, we looked for a yarn that was similar in color to the fabric we had already sewn and we ended up settling on a yarn that was a perfect match.

This is a small victory. The fact that the heat has been the same color for years is a small step towards making this a bit easier to find. It’s worth noting that the yarn that we ended up using was actually the same color as the fabric we already sewed to finish the back of the quilt.

This quilt is a piece that we designed before we had a firm understanding of heat resistance. After we did our first piece of quilting, we knew that the heat would be the same as previously. That was the start of this little victory, the ability to design a piece with the same color as the raw fabric we already had sewn to finish it.

The process of designing and sewing a piece together was an exercise in frustration. We got lost in the process and wound up putting different fabrics through the same process, ending up with a couple of pieces that all looked the same. This is what happens when you spend so much time in the factory that you lose sight of what actually happens in the process.

All of our fabrics are woven, dyed, and sewn by hand, and they come from all over the world, so not only were we able to design something that didn’t look like we would design with a machine, but it was actually a very enjoyable process. The process itself is definitely not for everyone, so if you’re one of those people, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

We have a lot of fabric, but we only have a bit of it so it was a nice challenge for us to develop a line that doesn’t look like you’d design with a machine. The first thing you’ll probably notice is that our fabrics are made in different colors. It’s a little bit random because we have a lot of different shades of blue and green, but you are bound to notice a few similarities.
